Shipping Policy

We ship across India using trusted delivery partners. Every order is packed by hand and checked before it leaves us.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–8 working days depending on your location. Remote and north-eastern pincodes can take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping charges

Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown on the product page and again in your order summary before you pay. There are no charges added after checkout.

Order updates

We email you when your order is confirmed, when we start packing it, and again when it is dispatched. If we have any delivery details to pass on, they are included in that dispatch email. You can also see the current status of every order from the order page in your account.

Serviceable areas

We currently deliver within India only. The states we serve are listed in the address form at checkout — if your state isn't selectable, we aren't able to deliver there yet.

Undelivered and returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, nobody was available to receive it, or it went unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery may incur a further shipping charge.
